AVARIS, an AI-powered 3D work instruction authoring tool developed under U.S. NAVY and OSW R&E SBIR contracts, garnered significant interest from maintenance leaders across DoW services. Additionally, SVS SVS highlighted DIVA, its platform for model-based digital manuals, which included the recently delivered LM2500 gas turbine digital manuals for GE Aerospace in support of the Spanish Navy F110 Frigate Program.

The U.S. Navy has authorized the inclusion of SVS’s AVARIS software in the Department of the Navy Application and Database Management System (DADMS), which serves as the official registry of approved software all Navy and Marine Corps systems. AVARIS, an AI-driven tool for creating 3D work instructions, successfully met the rigorous compliance standards necessary for DADMS registration, confirming its suitability for across the fleet. This achievement underscores SVS’s enduring with the U.S. Navy and its ongoing to supporting our nation’s warfighters.

SVS has completed and delivered 3D model-
based digital tech manuals for the GE Aerospace LM2500 gas turbine, supporting the Spanish Navy’s F110 Frigate Program. The deliverable spans 5,000+ pages, 7,000+ 3D models, 500+ work procedures, and 100+ animations, all cross-referenced across bills of materials, 3D models, and PDF tech manuals. This delivery demonstrates SVS’s ability to execute large-scale, complex digital documentation programs for international defense customers
